Advantage Solutions in Illinois is seeking a frontline team member to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling at retail locations.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed; you must be reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 6 hours, and maintain a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Follow safety-first practices in a retail environment.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess team-building skills.
