Job summary

Advantage Solutions is currently hiring to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling at the places people shop. You will represent brands, educate shoppers, and create memorable experiences in a retail setting.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, voluntary plans, wellness programs, and access to associate perks.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
