Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative (1099) to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality checks for a leading wireless brand. Visits are scheduled twice per month, each lasting one hour, with immediate start dates after certification.

You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, ensuring product quality and elevating the brand experience across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and highly professional.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS/Android).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store audits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Begin with an audit, followed by visits to resolve issues and progress to visual merchandising.
• Assist staff with brand or display fixes on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data and photos.
