Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a major wireless/ connectivity brand. You will serve as the liaison between the brand and retail environments, performing audits and ensuring product quality on a recurring basis.

Visit schedules are flexible, with visits typically one hour long and twice per month per market. Immediate start dates are available upon certification, making this a practical

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and highly professional demeanor.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Begin with an audit and progress to follow-up visits; transition to visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
