Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors for Mosaic Flex Staffing to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top national retailers across the country. This 1-year continuity program features bi-monthly 1-hour visits, training, and in-store engagement with shoppers and store associates.

Locations include Utica, Dearborn, Novi, Ann Arbor, and Grand Rapids, MI. Compensation is $24.00/hr with paid training and weekly payroll, requires Ubeya use and a brand-issued name badge.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge shipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
