Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top retailer locations in Michigan.

This is a 1-year continuity program – same store, same rep, every 8 weeks – designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address for name badge shipment.
• Complete retailer compliance courses before first visit.

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand’s flagship product line.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit.
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos and reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence with proper attire and a brand-issued name badge.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before first in-store visit.
