Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser in Newark, Delaware, to creatively showcase our brands by building displays, managing inventory, and optimizing product placement. A car to travel to customer locations is required, with a compensation of $18.50 per hour.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and applicants must reside in Delaware. The role involves daily merchandising across accounts, building displays, and coordinating with sales teams to identify

Qualifications

Minimum 21 years or older to apply.
Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
Able to work occasional weekends.
Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves, building displays, POS material management, store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities; identify brand/category opportunities and opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings; communicate out of stock or new item opportunities.
Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
Handle beverage alcohol product responsibly and conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
