Sephora in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth and confidence, offering personalized consultations and expert product recommendations. You’ll be the face of Sephora, helping customers discover beauty solutions and build confidence while upholding Sephora standards.

Flexible scheduling is available with options for full-time, part-time, or flex hours; evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
