Job summary

Beauty Barrage, LLC is seeking a Brand Market Specialist to be the face of the brands in retailers and drive sales and brand awareness. The role is a fluctuating, part-time, seasonal opportunity with hours varying monthly (0–20 hours).

You will build relationships with store teams, educate staff, and perform in-store product demonstrations across a designated territory. The ideal candidate has beauty retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate teams while

Qualifications

• Must have beauty retail experience.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
• Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Brand image should be polished and professional.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstrations.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
