Job summary

Beauty Barrage, LLC is seeking a Brand Market Specialist to be the face of the brands in assigned retailers. This role drives sales and brand awareness through in-store engagement, product demonstrations and staff education.

Ideal candidates are self-starters, results-driven, and passionate about the beauty industry. This is a fluctuating, part-time, seasonal opportunity with 0–20 hours a month, weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must have beauty retail experience.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and in-store environment.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop relationships with store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstrations.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.
