Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is hiring a part-time Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor in Ohio. You’ll guide customers through hair, cosmetics, skincare and nails, share product knowledge, and help create a memorable shopping experience.

Join our team to build relationships, promote promotions, enroll customers in our Loyalty program, and staff displays while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
