Job summary

Qualifications
- Customer service experience or strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn product information across hair, cosmetics, skincare and nails.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and stand for long periods.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and highlight sales/promotional events.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
