Sephora Torino is seeking a motivated Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced, international retail setting. You will greet customers, offer personalized consultations, and help them discover products that suit their profiles while contributing to store goals.

The role requires good English, a high school diploma, teamwork, adaptability and a proactive, service-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of English and communication skills.
• Experience in similar roles within dynamic, multinational retail environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to store objectives (budget and targets) and adapt to management plans.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in daily activities.
• Foster a positive team spirit with open collaboration across the organization.
• Greet customers to create a memorable shopping experience and provide expert product recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver personalized consultations based on customer profiles.
