Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with cashier tasks, and demonstrate products and services in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will support in-store events, manage appointments, and stay informed on new products to help guests discover the right solutions. The role requires a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve guest issues.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience and greeting engagement.
• Manage cashier tasks and process transactions accurately.
• Demonstrate products and carry out makeup/skincare services.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean and organized.
• Follow policies, procedures and loss-prevention practices.
