Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service and answer questions about products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is replenished and well presented.
