Sally Beauty in Hot Springs, AR seeks a CosmoProf Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience while assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skincare and nails. You will be the advisor on their beauty journey, empowered by product training and a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
Ability to meet scheduling needs and work varied hours.
Clear communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
Recommend additional and complementary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for promotions.
Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and address inventory issues.
