Job summary

FNBT is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our branch operations. You will handle cash receipts and payments in a fast-paced setting and advise customers on bank products to support their financial goals.

Under supervision, you will process deposits, wires, money orders, and CDs while maintaining accuracy and adherence to policies. Bilingual Spanish skills are valued to serve our diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a background investigation per company policy.
• Ability to get along with coworkers and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling receipt and payment of cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Record all transactions accurately and balance daily operations.
• Cross-sell bank services and products to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Operate a computer and banking equipment; process deposits, Western Union wires, and money orders.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; adhere to authority-based approval limits.
