ARS-Rescue Rooter in Aurora, CO is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers inside national home improvement stores. You will discuss HVAC/plumbing upgrades, energy savings, and lead-generation opportunities for a free in-home consultation or tune-up.

Role offers part-time and full-time options with uncapped commission, weekly pay, and paid training. Opportunities for advancement into HVAC Sales Advisor roles are available.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.

We're hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores, where you'll speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and and ways we can be a HUGE benefit to their home. Generate leads for a FREE in-home consultation or sell a home performance tune-up and one of our industry experts will take over from there!

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
