Les Schwab Tire Center is seeking a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) to handle store administration, assist in tire and wheel sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role includes helping with accounting, inventory, and credit program tasks while supporting store operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some locations require lifting up to 20 pounds, with a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills; ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; continuous standing and walking.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
