The Peoria Police Department is seeking highly motivated individuals, who are already certified, to work for the City of Peoria as full-time Police Officers. Qualified applicants will be contacted on an individual basis to schedule appointments for the background investigation. Additionally, lateral, full-time Police officers may earn paid time off (up to 80 hours) based on previous experience in the same job function through our Award Leave program, if eligible.
