Job summary

Carolina Core FC is seeking an energetic In-Stadium Host to enhance game day experiences with on-camera segments, promotions and fan interactions. You will deliver scripted entertainment, host live moments, and work with the Game Presentation team to keep cues running smoothly on match days.

The role requires prior experience hosting live sports or entertainment events, strong microphone presence, and the ability to engage fans in a fast-paced arena.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience hosting live sporting and/or entertainment events.
• Available for spring 2027 Carolina Core matches.
• Strong on-camera presence and microphone skills.
• Able to deliver scripted material and coordinate with Game Presentation personnel.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced live environment.
• Professional, reliable and collaborative.
• Deliver services on-site as an independent contractor in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scripted material in a fun, engaging and professional manner.
• Host live camera segments, promotions, contests and fan engagement moments throughout the match.
• Collaborate with Stage Managers and the Game Presentation team to coordinate cues and segments.
• Engage with fans both on camera and throughout the venue.
• Adapt quickly to changes in the game presentation and live event environment.
• Maintain a strong and confident on-camera presence with a live microphone.
• Participate in rehearsals, run-throughs and other game day preparation.

Position Summary

The In-Stadium Host provides live hosting and fan engagement services through on‑camera segments, promotional activations and scripted entertainment elements, helping create an energetic, welcoming and memorable game day experience.

Services

• Deliver scripted material in a fun, engaging and professional manner.
• Host live camera segments, promotions, contests and fan engagement moments throughout the match.
• Collaborate with Stage Managers and the Game Presentation team to coordinate cues and segments.
• Engage with fans both on camera and throughout the venue.
• Adapt quickly to changes in the game presentation and live event environment.
• Maintain a strong and confident on camera presence with a live microphone.
• Participate in mutually scheduled rehearsals, run‑throughs and other game day preparation.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience hosting live sporting and/or entertainment events.
• Must be available to provide services at all spring 2027 Carolina Core matches.
• Strong on camera presence and microphone skills.
• Ability to effectively deliver scripted material and coordinate with Game Presentation personnel.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to provide services effectively in a fast‑paced live environment.
• Professional, reliable, and collaborative.
• Candidate must be able to deliver services on‑site.
• This engagement is based in the United States. Applicants must be legally entitled to provide services as an independent contractor in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of and passion for Carolina Core FC and soccer.
• Flexibility to provide services on evenings and weekends as required.
