Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking in-store crew to greet customers, take orders, and operate the register with precision. You will prepare sandwiches quickly, manage telephone orders, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience.

Role requires basic computer skills, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and endurance to stand and move during shifts. You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on teamwork and clean, safe operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age with a clean driving record.
• Computer skills including register skills.
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly during shifts.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in walk-in refrigerator/freezer with temperatures 40°F to -10°F.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, collect payments and make change.
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches.
• Take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets.
• Comply with portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures.

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s! In- shop employees are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant. They must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Jimmy John’s. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less. We are fast, fun and accurate and look forward to you joining our team.

Essential Functions include:

• Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments from customers and makes change

• Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures
• Delivers an exceptional customer and store experience

• Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
• Performs other related duties as required
