Job summary

PREMIUM LOAVES in Belton, TX is hiring an In-Shop Team Member to greet customers, take orders, and prepare fast, high-quality sandwiches while upholding strict sanitation standards.

You will deliver friendly, world-class service, operate the register, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The role is full-time and eligible for benefits, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $11.00 - $13.00 Hourly

Inshoppers are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant, providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Know your schedule, arrive on time or if you are going to be late, call your manager before your scheduled arrival time.
• Makes fast, accurate sandwiches while following safety precautions. Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurants including all tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, restrooms, etc.
• Greets customers and takes orders.
• Operates cash register - collects payment from customer and makes change without cash handling errors.
• Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets.
• Fills out systems and procedures punchlists with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's Dress Code.
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.
