Salary Range: $12.00 - $14.00 Hourly

Summary

Inshoppers are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant, providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Know your schedule, arrive on time, or if you are going to be late, call your manager before your scheduled arrival time.
• Make fast, accurate sandwiches while following safety precautions. Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurants including all tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, and restrooms.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate cash register—collect payment from customers and make change without cash handling errors.
• Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets.
• Fill out systems and procedures punch‑lists with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John’s Dress Code.
• Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
• Display a sense of urgency in all tasks.

Skills & Abilities

• Must be able to communicate, read, and write the English language fluently and clearly.
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.
