Job summary

MikLin Enterprises, the premier Jimmy John’s franchisee in the Twin Cities, is hiring In-Shop Sandwich Makers for mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends. Full-time and part-time positions are available across 11 locations, with a $100 signing bonus and a focus on delivering Freaky Fast sandwiches.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Greet and serve customers with a smile and eye contact.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions.
• Able to operate food preparation machinery safely.
• Maintain safety and security guidelines at all times.
• Work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Handle up to 30–40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• In-shop Sandwich Makers are the facing team of Jimmy John’s, delivering great service and quality sandwiches.
• Maintain clean store, small wares and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide fast, friendly service during dayparts including lunch, evenings, and weekends.
• Assist with training and supporting a positive customer experience.

• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to work a variety of daytime lunch, evening/night and weekend shifts
