Job summary

Jimmy John's in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking energetic Inshop Crew Members to join a fast-paced team delivering quality sandwiches with Freaky Fast, Freaky Fresh service. You will take orders, operate the register, assist in prep, and help keep the store clean and welcoming for every guest.

The role emphasizes rapid order fulfillment, customer service excellence, and reliability during busy lunch hours. Flexible scheduling is available, including full-time and part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop during shifts.
• Must be able to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s!

Real people, serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less, and assisting in customers receiving deliveries in under 12 minutes!

Other than making fast and accurate sandwiches. Inshop Crew Members also take orders over the phone and register, help maintain a clean environment, assist in prepping product, and complete other tasks inside the restaurant.

We have a freaky fast work pace and our managers keep the stores upbeat - we're having fun and providing excellent customer service! Memorizing the menu is just the start of learning about and representing our Freaky Fresh, Freaky Fast product!

Schedule: We will try our best to work with your schedule! This location is open 7 days a week, and we offer morning, evening, weekday and weekend schedules. Full time and Part time shifts available!

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
