Role Overview

Under the direction of the In Seat Service Manager, this role is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned premium outlet. Supervisors provide leadership, direction, and guidance for all frontline outlet staff while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Report for scheduled events punctually and in the assigned area.
  • Fulfill opening and closing duties as directed by management.
  • Ensure all frontline staff complete duties to company standards.
  • Resolve guest issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all supplies are stocked, work areas are clean, and staff conduct themselves professionally.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain leadership presence in dining, bar, and kitchen areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Perform and complete tasks assigned by management.
Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Restaurant experience required; orientation and on-the-job training provided.
  • POS and Tapin2 experience preferred.
  • Courteous, pleasant, and enjoy working with people.
  • Ability to work in a team and remain calm under stress.
  • Provide positive guest service with good body language and smiling.
  • Make evaluations and decisions independently.
  • Accept responsibility, delegate, and give directions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willing to work varying hours based on event schedule.
  • Able to work at a fast pace and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
