Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and creating memorable moments for guests. Job Responsibilities

1. Serve food and beverages according to guest orders and banquet menus.
2. Maintain knowledge of menu items and offerings.
3. Keep food service areas clean and organized during events.
4. Replenish food and beverage supplies as needed.
5. Follow all alcohol service policies and safety guidelines, including ID checks.
6. Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs.
7. Clean and sanitize food service areas, workstations, and equipment.
8. Maintain a positive attitude towards guests, colleagues, and clients.
9. Follow safety policies, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
10. Ensure the security of company assets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in food service preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
