Job Summary

This is a seasonal, event-based role, from April to September.

Summary:

Take food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders following standard service steps.
2. Deliver food promptly, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and assist guests as needed.
3. Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink pairings; accommodate dietary needs and allergies.
4. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
5. Exhibit excellent communication skills and teamwork, remaining flexible and patient.
6. Handle tickets and cash following proper procedures.
7. Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests.
8. Respect confidentiality of personal or medical information shared.
9. Address complaints promptly and report issues to supervisors.
10. Set up and clean the dining area before and after service, adhering to sanitation standards.
11. Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, phones, beverage machines, and coffee makers.
12. Collaborate with other departments during special events.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
