Developed and built by Notes Live, the Ford Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue in Polaris Pointe, Colorado Springs. Aramark supports our clients by providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.

The In-seat bartender will prepare drinks ordered through the In-seat service for delivery by In-seat runners.

It is classified as Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time.

Long Description

Compensation: The hourly rate is $20.00 to $21.25, based on experience and qualifications. This is Aramark’s estimate as of the posting date.

Compensation Data

The pay range is $20 to $21.25 per hour. This is Aramark’s estimate of the compensation rate at posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate POS systems and handle digital transactions accurately.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs.
• Understand merchandise to assist customers and process transactions.
• Set up, maintain, and tear down concession stands, including inventory management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Stock and replenish products as needed.
• Follow safety policies and alcohol service guidelines, including ID checks.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensure security of company assets.
• Accept feedback and communicate effectively with leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Previous bartender and cash handling experience preferred.
• TEAM/TIPS and Food Safety Certifications required or will be provided upon hire.
• Basic math skills required.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 25 lbs., bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. Work may be outdoors in various weather conditions.
