Job summary

Fall Mountain Regional School District is seeking an In-School Suspension Monitor at Fall Mountain Regional High School. This 32.5 hour per week position serves under the Assistant Principal to supervise students in the ISS room and support disciplinary programs.

The role requires strong student interaction and conflict mediation skills, with experience in at-risk or in-school suspension contexts preferred and NH para II certification or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to interact with students and mediate conflicts.
• Experience with At-Risk or In-School suspension programs preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with administration to implement student support programs.
• NH para II certification required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor In-School Suspension with fair, firm and consistent discipline.
• Communicate effectively with students and families as needed.
• Coordinate with office and counseling staff to support At-Risk students.
• Substitute in ISS when needed and report disciplinary matters to supervisor.
• Assist with daily tasks and student supervision as assigned.
