Job summary

Club Xcite is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for multiple in-person openings in San Jose, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. Positions are part-time (21 hours/week, ~36 weeks), on-site across several school sites.

Ideal candidates hold a California SLP license and a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology with experience with children or adolescents in school settings. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options and strong recruiter support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid California SLP license.
• Experience with children or adolescents in school-based or pediatric settings.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to provide on-site services during the school week.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services aligned with IEP goals.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and school compliance.
• Support students’ access and participation in the educational environment.
