Job summary

World Equestrian Center Ocala, operated by Columbus Hospitality Management, is seeking an In Room Dining Server (Part-Time) to deliver friendly room and poolside service with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities include taking guest orders, presenting menus (including wine), setting up service areas, and collaborating with a hospitality team to ensure timely, accurate delivery of food and beverages. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of food & beverage experience (fine dining experience preferred).
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to take direction and learn new skills.
• Available for weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service of food and beverages to guests in-room and poolside.
• Set up trays, tables, hot-boxes, and amenities.
• Walk floors for tray pick-ups.
• Willing to learn POS, cash handling, wine service and fine dining service.
