World Equestrian Center Ocala seeks a polished Food Runner for Genievieve's, our refined Italian dining concept within the Equestrian Manor. This part-time, on-site role supports seamless service in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will deliver dishes, maintain table presentation, and assist service staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events in a prestigious environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support role within an upscale or fine dining environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests with precision and care.
• Communicate with servers and culinary staff for timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas during service.
• Clear and reset tables promptly and discreetly, with minimal guest disruption.
• Polish glassware, silverware and tableware to luxury standards.
• Assist with water service, bread delivery and table-side support.
• Support private dining and special events with setup and service.</nex>
• Maintain a clean service station and back-of-house areas.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards per regulations.
