About the location:

Our modern, urban retreat, positioned at the edge of Baltimore’s Harbor East, offers a host of luxurious amenities such as a five-star Spa and a rooftop pool, setting the scene for fabulous vacations with kids, romantic getaways, and business stays. Miles of walkable waterfront, top restaurants, and city landmarks are all within easy reach.

The role of the Room Service Server:

Deliver food orders, including any special needs or requests, to the guest in-room. Check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order. Transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality. Greet guests, describe selected items with interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation methods. Communicate options for removal of trays and dishware. Respond to requests for tray removal according to established time standards. Breakdown, clean, and set up room service tables, condiment setups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Properly and accurately close guest checks, securing room number and signature; settle voided checks or complimentary meals appropriately.
