Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate; some college preferred.
• Two years' experience as an In-Room Dining Server preferred.
• Certification in liquor, CPR or alcohol awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food and beverage orders to guest rooms according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
• Answer In-Room Dining phone within 3 rings, with correct salutations and etiquette.
• Prepare and set up all condiments, beverages and service items according to standards.
• Transport and present food and beverages maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and respond to requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
