Job summary

Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad, CA, is seeking an In Room Dining Server to deliver guest food and beverage selections promptly and at proper temperatures. You will engage guests with courteous conversation and showcase refined service style while supporting in-room dining prep and tray removal.

Availability for both AM and PM shifts is required. The role emphasizes professional presentation, exceptional guest services, and the ability to work calmly under pressure in a luxury resort

Qualifications

• Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred.
• Must possess a professional presentation.
• Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication.

About the Role – In Room Dining Server

At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. In Room Dining Servers are responsible for presenting guest food and beverage preferences timely and to temperature. Servers engage in casual conversation and enhance the experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general in room dining preparation, removal of serving trays, and maintaining a sanitary environment. Must be available to work both the AM and PM shifts.

Wage Information

The hourly rate for the position is $17.00.
