Conrad Indianapolis is looking for an In-Room Dining Captain to join the In-Room Dining team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a Fortune 500 company and a luxury brand.

As the city's first true luxury hotel and the only Forbes recommended hotel in the state, this 23-story tower features 247 rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and three food and beverage outlets: The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: AM and PM availability required – must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay Rate: $12 per hour plus tips and full-time benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise In-Room Dining operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and delegating responsibilities.
• Train new team members on daily operations, including the Tray Away System.
• Set up trays and tables, present and retrieve checks, and deliver food and amenities to guest rooms and VIP areas.
• Serve meals, respond to guest requests promptly, and handle payments.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform order-taking duties and answer room service calls as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Assist in inventory management to maintain proper stock levels.
