Job summary

KBI Biopharma, Inc. is seeking an In-Process Support Associate to perform cGMP in-process analytical support, including in-process and release testing for internally manufactured drug substances. The role involves executing analytical tests, data review of STAT samples, and supporting QC testing on a first shift with potential night/weekend coverage.

Strong communication and documentation skills are essential. BS in a science discipline is required; protein QC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in scientific discipline or equivalent.
• Experience in QC analysis of proteins, antibodies, peptides, or vaccines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs testing on in-process or drug substances using bio-analytical techniques such as HPLC, UV-Vis, and simple compendial testing.
• Maintains data integrity reviews of STAT samples and supports manufacturing operations.
• Documents notebook and worksheet entries; conducts data analysis and troubleshooting as needed.
• Adheres to cGMP and safety requirements; handles chemicals and hazardous waste properly.
