Job Profile: In-Process Inspector / Process Auditor | 1st Shift Report to: Quality Manager, High Purity & Quality Control Department: Quality Location: Mott Corporation – Cleanroom Manufacturing Environment Position Summary The In-Process Inspector / Process Auditor | 1st Shift is a hands‑on quality role responsible for ensuring product and process integrity within Mott’s cleanroom manufacturing operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a zero‑defect environment by executing in‑process inspections, enforcing quality gates, and supporting process auditing. Over time, the role expands in scope to include process validation, control verification, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact product quality and operational excellence.
The starting compensation for this position is $28.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
