Winchester Interconnect is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Garden Grove, CA to ensure aerospace and defense components meet AS9100 standards. You will perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products, verifying dimensions, tolerances, and materials against drawings and documents.
You will document non-conformances, maintain accurate records in the QMS, and collaborate with production to resolve quality issues.

As our Quality Control Inspector, you are a critical part of the team responsible for ensuring our products meet rigorous aerospace and defense standards. You will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of components, in-process assemblies, and final products. This role involves verifying that all dimensions, tolerances, and materials adhere to client drawings and AS9100 specifications with precision. You will work closely with the production team to identify and document any non-conformances, helping to maintain our 'zero-defect' quality culture. This position reports to the Quality Control Lead.

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00 per hour. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision. This position is eligible for a $2.00 per hour shift differential for working on the 2nd shift. The company also offers a competitive variety of benefits, including a referral bonus and a sign-on bonus.
