Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Electrical Quality Inspector for our Wendell, NC facility on 1st shift. You will perform in-process electrical inspections on Switchboard assemblies to ensure electrical integrity and quality at each production stage.

Responsibilities include verifying wiring, torque, and continuity, and ensuring adherence to engineering documents. Strong English communication and the ability to read schematics are essential, with eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with electrical production and inspection.
• 1+ year of experience performing electrical torque verification.
• Strong analytical skills for point-to-point checks and continuity verifications.
• Experience with electrical inspection tools and understanding electrical drawings.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and wire lists.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process electrical inspections on Switchboard assemblies.
• Verify wiring, torque, continuity, and proper installation of electrical components.
• Inspect each product to Siemens Quality Standards and defined guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with engineering documentation, schematics, and specifications.
• Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality and reliability.
