Job summary

Siemens seeks an Electrical Quality Inspector for the Wendell, NC facility on the 2nd shift. You will perform in‑process electrical inspections on Switchboard assemblies, ensuring electrical integrity, compliance, and quality at each production stage.

The role requires experience with electrical production, torque verification, reading schematics, and strong English communication. Shift hours are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with an hourly rate of $22.46 plus $1.50 shift differential, and US work

Qualifications

1+ year of prior work experience with electrical production and inspection.
1+ years of experience performing electrical torque verification using torque tools.
Strong analytical skills to perform point‑to‑point checks, continuity checks, and sequence‑of‑operation verifications.
Experience working with electrical inspection tools and understanding product electrical drawings, and basic computer skills.
Ability to read and work with electrical schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, layouts, and wire lists, including troubleshooting circuits.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Perform in‑process electrical inspection duties on Switchboard assemblies.
Verify wiring, torque, continuity, and proper installation of electrical components.
Inspect each product to company Quality Standards and defined guidelines.
Ensure compliance with engineering documentation, schematics, and specifications.
Identify non‑conformances and support corrective actions when required.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality and reliability throughout the assembly process.
