Prison Fellowship in the United States is seeking a driven and mission-focused Academy Program Manager to lead the day-to-day operations inside the Mississippi State Penitentiary for men in Parchman, MS. You will oversee classroom-based delivery of curriculum and case management support for program participants, ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience including budget oversight.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams in mission-driven environments.
• Experience in classroom instruction, facilitation, and case management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom curriculum and provide case planning for participants in the prison program.
• Recruit and select participants and volunteers to foster a pro-social environment.
• Coordinate with correctional staff to ensure compliance with policies.
• Partner with wardens to identify and coordinate program needs and activities.
• Build relationships with volunteers and stakeholders to support program success.
