Job summary

Schneider Electric has an onsite opportunity for a Senior Plant Finance Analyst in Mount Juliet, TN. The role requires on-site presence five days per week, with remote work possible situationally.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and Site Leadership to manage fixed costs, Capex governance, and project cost control, delivering financial transparency and performance insights across the plant. Expect to build monthly reports, forecasts, and dashboards using SAP, Excel, and Power BI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
• 2+ years of finance or cost controlling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of cost accounting, fixed costs, Capex, and project financials.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze plant fixed costs and manufacturing overheads.
• Perform monthly variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Support site productivity, headcount, and discretionary spend control initiatives.
• Support Capex investment governance and ROI/payback analysis.
• Track Capex spend, commitments, and forecast vs. budgets.
• Provide financial controlling for plant projects from launch to close-out.
• Prepare plant financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Support month-end close activities and inventory counts.
