Grade Potential Tutoring is seeking tutors to provide in-person, one-on-one academic support to local students in Baltimore. You set your availability, choose the sessions that fit your schedule, and own your teaching approach.

We handle logistics and connect you with opportunities that match your preferences. You'll travel locally (typically 5–10 miles) and communicate progress to parents as needed.

Qualifications

• Educators, recent college graduates, and postgraduates
• Prior tutoring, teaching, or coaching experience
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Looking for flexible, part-time opportunities in the Maryland Park area
• Comfortable with in-person connection and local travel

Responsibilities
