Grade Potential is seeking tutors to provide in-person, one-on-one academic support to local students in Thurmont and surrounding areas. You set your availability, choose sessions that fit your schedule, and manage progress updates with parents.

We welcome educators, recent graduates, and postgraduates who enjoy hands-on teaching. Travel is limited to your preferred local radius, typically 5–10 miles. Join us for flexible, part-time tutoring opportunities in a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Experience in tutoring, teaching, or coaching is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check is required prior to meeting with students.
• Looking for flexible, part-time opportunities in the Thurmont area.

Responsibilities
