Responsibilities

• Support a safe, predictable classroom culture.
• Build positive relationships with students.
• Lead and support literacy and math small group instruction.
• Prepare materials and help run pursuits – Primer’s interdisciplinary curriculum.
• Notice student needs and communicate quickly.
• Assist with student supervision during arrival, dismissal, lunch, recess, and transitions.
