Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist for a local contract in Naples, Florida. The role covers K-12 in-person therapy, with responsibilities to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders and support students' academic achievement.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, active Florida SLP license, and CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility, with flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules during the 2026-2027

Qualifications

• Ability to provide in-person services and adapt to school-day schedules across educational settings

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, in-person speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student caseload.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders while supporting students' academic success and functional communication.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
