Topaz HR is seeking multiple Full-Time Occupational Therapists for in-person school-based positions in Yreka, California. You will provide OT evaluations and IEP-directed therapy to support students' educational and developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Active OT license required.
• Experience as OT on IEP teams.
• Experience conducting OT assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for initial eligibility or re-evaluations.
• Provide timely documentation of therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Attend IEP meetings.
• Participate as a direct member of IEP teams as an Occupational Therapist.
• Support students through individualized occupational therapy services in a school-based setting.
